Interact with your body and senses in this energy-filled mecca of collaboration and kinetic wonder. The museum features installations of experimental time-based art, both contemporary and historic, offering an experiential journey through the history of interactive art.
In 2022, The Arts Fund brought MSME into the Community Gallery Program, taking over the lease for MSME’s 3,000 square-foot multi-use space in La Cumbre Plaza. The MSME (pronounced “Miss-Me”) continues to be an interactive museum destination, designed for exploring the next generation of media arts and kinetic exhibitions.

Community Fridays
The Museum has free admission every Friday from 11AM – 5PM. Started in September 2024, Community Fridays share the joy of interactive art with Santa Barbara County and beyond. The Arts Fund is thankful to our donors for supporting this initiative in 2024.
Reserving a ticket is recommended but not required, as Community Friday admission is first-come, first-serve.
